Approval of Resolution for 50/50 Sidewalk Funding in the Amount of $95,400. We are recommending using existing contract with METRO EXPRESS, INC. under Southeast Florida Governmental Cooperative Group Bid ITB No. 09-10-069.

Description of Action

It is recommended that the City approve the attached Resolution for funding of $95,400.00 for work to be done by Metro Express, Inc., under the terms and conditions and authorize the City Manager to execute same.
